At Science Education Supply, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
General Process
You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please first contact us at support@scienceeducationsupply.com for authorization. Any materials sent back without our consent will not be accepted, and Science Education Supply cannot be held responsible for them. Any products ordered by mistake may incur a 10% restocking fee. If your return is authorized, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us at support@scienceeducationsupply.com within 10 days if you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Before contacting our customer support department, do not discard any broken or damaged items, as pictures may be required to help us enhance our packaging and shipping methods in the future.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as perishable goods and custom glassware, are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Exchanges
To quickly get the item you want, simply return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be aware that products ordered by mistake may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at billing@scienceeducationsupply.com.
