Distillation Columns with Indentations at the Bottom

• This distillation column, similar to a Liebig condenser, has bottom indentations to hold packing materials like glass beads or steel wool, and functions as a fractional distillation column when packed. Without packing, it can also operate as a simple condenser with water circulated through the outer jacket.

• The effective height is measured from the top to the bottom of the jacketed portion of the condenser.

• All columns have an I.D. of approximately 10 mm. Please note, the overall height is measured manually and there might be slight discrepancies.

• The distillation column features two standard taper joints of the same size: a top outer (female) joint and a lower inner (male) joint.

• Made of borosilicate glass for its excellent chemical durability and mechanical strength.
